I worked with attorney Jim Alder(Alder Law Group) to set up a special needs trust for my sister. All of our questions were answered, he was very informative and made sure we got all the information we needed to know. The fees charged were very straightforward with no surprises. Jim and Ireland were so helpful in a very stressful time. I had asked another attorney to draw up trust papers, and they put it off for a couple of months. My husband was taking a turn for the worst. So I dismissed that attorney and called Jim. He jumped into action even coming to my house for signatures and notary service. He rescued and I am very grateful. He is an expert in his field. The fees were very reasonable. My recommendation would be to call Alder Law now; don’t wait.
