Highly recommended. Excellent practical help. Extremely knowledgeable. Honest, up-front and easy to talk to. Made recommendations that ensured that I didn't spend money necessarily, even though it would have benefited him financially. Anthony Guidice is obviously a person of great integrity.

$450 just for a consultation is outrageous!!! Most attorneys are charging $150. You aren’t that special Tony and you were rude to my wife. Stop trying to rip people off and try being nice to your potential clients.
Owner response
I'm sorry - I wasn't the least bit rude to your wife. I went through the T visa process with her in detail. (Incidentally, her life may be in danger if she's removed.) Most of my clients pay $450 for a consultation without question. And an objective observer might ask, if you've talked to that many immigration attorneys who charge $150 for a consultation, why are you calling me?

Mr Guidice helped me with an employee that had some immigration issues. He was timely and the issue was resolved. If you need any immigration issues I would definitely call Anthony Guidice Attorney.

I am writing this review because I need to share my experience with Anthony Guidice. I would love to help someone who is in a similar situation as I was searching on google for lawyers spending hours reading reviews. Well I am here to tell you that Anthony is the BEST! I was looking for a lawyer for my boyfriend and we had talked with many lawyers from New York City to Rochester. We were not big fans of any of the Lawyers we had talked to until we called Anthony. I knew right away Anthony was the lawyer for us over the phone. He is very straightforward and genuine. I appreciated that about him. Anthony is honest, smart, kind and very educated about immigration law. Immigration is a very serious process and you want to make sure you have the right person in your corner. I will say that just like with any other lawyer you want to make sure you are bringing as much information about your case to him as you can. Help him help you. Also he does not speak Spanish but you can bring someone in with you to translate and he will work with both of you.Honestly I can not say enough good things about Anthony. He really made us feel safe and helped us understand things much better. He answered all the questions we had. We are so thankful that we found him. He was a blessing in our life and we would recommend Anthony to everyone. If we could give him 10 stars we would!

Wouldn’t let me talk rudely cut me off and hung up i do not recommend! Horrible attitude.
Owner response
Hi. I asked you a specific questions about your business and you told me you didn't think the answers were relevant. Since I'm the attorney, and you called me for information, it seems that I should be determining what's relevant. I therefore decided that you would not be a good fit for this law office. That's reasonable isn't it? - if you're not willing to answer my questions. That's all. I'm sorry if you didn't approve of my tone.

Why not try Jim Eiss in Buffalo? He's very good, one of very few NY immigration attorneys I trust, and enjoys a wonderful reputation. He might be more to you liking.

Jim D Eiss
19 Limestone Dr STE 1
Williamsville NY 14221
716/633-9300

He was rude and hung up on me while asking for information.
Owner response
I'm sorry. You're account of the telephone conversation is incorrect. You don't speak English. In my best fractured Spanish, I told you during our call thatI don't speak Spanish - and for you to get a translator. You continued to speak to me in Spanish, expecting a reply. I'm happy to talk to you and answer your concerns, but I can't when you won't translate what you're saying. I believe that's a reasonable position.

Even if an English speaking client doesn't fully understand me when I'm talking about immigration legal options, that could be disastrous. So when a foreign national cannot fully comprehend every word - then it's downright unethical and dangerous. I won't put anyone's life in jeopardy.

I didn't block your call, and I didn't ask you for information. I suggested you get an English speaking friend to help you.

Dear Reader, Sharing my experience to help you with your decision. Today I had my first meeting with Immigration Attorney, Anthony Guidice. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. Anthony was professional, honest, and kind. Exactly what I hoped for when searching for experienced legal representation. Before even meeting Mr. Guidice, he was quick to return my inquiry.( which I cannot say about the other offices I looked into.) Anthony was very honest about his prices, gave me options, and even recommended alternatives to other “affordable” options. Those actions spoke volumes about his character and integrity. He was sincerely trying to help, and didn’t just turn away. His prices however a very fair, by my standards. You get what you pay for. I would recommend him to anyone combating the immigration systems. It can be very overwhelming and terrifying to navigate through alone. There are no doubts in my mind that I made the best decision choosing Mr. Guidice as my attorney. 10/10.

Anthony spoke to me for 1 minute over the phone and rudely put the phone down when I asked him about his rate. Unfortunately sounded like a scam, an honourable person would be up front from the get go. Would not recommend.
Owner response
I very quickly become alarmed when I'm asked to give legal advice for free over the telephone, or to approximate the cost of each sentence I'm about to utter. When that happens, I thank people and suggest they contact someone else. Why? Because to act otherwise is unethical and irresponsible.

If mishandled or misapplied, US immigration law can quickly turn lives upside down - for years at least. That is an overriding, unassailable truth.

I will not play games with anyone's lives or their dreams. I won't trifle with someone's future. In immigration law, expediency has no place. (Nor does reading legal advice off the internet or watching a YouTube video about a J visa waiver! And don't think the USCIS and ICE and EOIR aren't using these digital-age pitfalls as weapons.)

Any federal district court of appellate judge will tell you that US immigration law is inordinately complex and counterintuitive. One wrong fact or misinterpretation of the INA or a regulation can land someone in desperate trouble. I always insist that anyone seeking counseling and guidance properly pay for, and schedule an appointment. Why? - so that I can get all the facts. Not a few generalities and off-the-cuff assumptions; but solid, indisputable facts. That takes time, lots of questions, and sometimes information that the client doesn't have yet. Once I have all the case facts - - then I can advise you ethically and responsibly. To counsel anyone before having clear facts is simply unethical and irresponsible. A second year UDM law student knows that.

I'm sorry you don't like my stance on this issue. But please be careful. You might be walking through a room full of gunpowder with a lit match in your hand.

How do I know all this? - because every week it seems, bags full of documents are dumped on my desk and I'm asked to untangle an impenetrable hodgepodge of errors; messes that could've easily been avoided by competent legal work at the outset.
