Everyone is right, it's a terrible company. They are completely useless. They just give you the runaround. The only solution is to hire an attorney, which many cannot afford to do, but if you can, do it.

This place is a joke they told me 2 months ago they were going to send me a email asking how i wanted to get my $! I keep getting the run around. They wont give me my settlement and im struggling with my bills right now! Id give them 0 stars!!!

What kind of business is this you can never reach anyone and when you do the people that answer the phone talk to you like dirt I've never been treated so disrespectful and discourteous in my life. Worst company ever I hope that the next attorney or business that decides to utilize this company will think twice horrible horrible customer service

I’ve been calling everyday (except Sundays) now for two weeks straight. I leave a message only after holding for 12+ minutes waiting for anyone to answer the phone. No one has returned any of my calls. All I need is a status on my case. I implore law firms NOT to use this company, as it will only further aggravate your client(s). This has been a grueling enough process without being flatly ignored by Archer Systems. Shame on this company!

Same story new day they actually caused more problems than helped I show them facts and proof they tell me wait Months for follow ups call and you get transferred hung up on ask for a manager they have you waiting meanwhile your funds are being held up loads of stress wish I never dealt with this company ever will be filing a complaint ASAP

I wish I could give ZERO stars. Customer service is not in their vocabulary. They change their phone options all the time- requiring you to know an extension number or leave a message. I’ve done that twice now with no return call. The one time I talked to an agent, she was very rude and tried giving me general information despite having my case pulled up. Asking for a supervisor did help in that I got specifics to MY claim. But even that information turned out to be inaccurate. Very frustrating to deal with company.

This company does nothing but give you the run around. They have had 13 months to resolve what they were initially contracted for, and nothing has moved forward. They do not keep up on communications with lawyers, and also can’t answer their phones or return calls.

Poor customer service and communication. It took over twenty-five minutes for me to find out I would need to call back again about my claim, which was received by this company 21 days earlier. Apparently this company's internal business processes are antiquated and need to be updated. Pain and suffering that's the only service this company provides.

Promises made by employees AND MANAGERS but are constantly broken! My final check was supposed to have been issued 4 months ago and still nothing! Have been speaking with Ms. Lopez but she has nit returned any of my phone calls for almost 2 weeks now! This is the absolute worst company ever! Hope no one ever has too deal with this company........EVER!
