TLDR: HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE BALLOUT TEAM! It's been a long way coming! I've had my very first consultation with Mr Ballout back in 2018 about my J-1 visa. Then we met again in 2019, and started the Greencard process in the late 2019 / beginning of 2020 shortly before the pandemic hit. It was a long process, but worth the wait, the consultation, the services provided. They are excellent, extremely polite, very helpful and allover, very pleasant to interact with. Whenever I came to the office, the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. The Ballout Office was always available for calls almost at any time, no matter from where, no matter when, the team is very responsive! They always gave me a reminder call the day before appointments, as well as sent out a reminder email, very considerate. Mr Ballout is super knowledgeable with all the legal circumstances and is extremely up-to-date with the latest laws/rules etc. and the team helped me navigate through the whole process of I-485 (Adjustment of Status), I-765 (Employment Authorization Document), I-131 (Travel/Advance Parole) and I-130 (Petition for Immediate Alien Relative). They helped to put together the whole package stress-free and effortlessly. Updates: 2024: They've navigated my GC extension process with me together, walked me through it, updated me with everything paperwork, it got approved super quickly. 2026: And now even after being together for a whopping 8yrs together in my journey, we're starting the citizenship application process in 2026. If I were to do this again, I'd definitely go with him and his teams of extremely competent employees over and over again.

Ed helped me get my permanent residency card in 2011. I got it speedily. Then, I lived back in my country for several years. I had to give that card back to the US government. Now, I am back in the states, I had to gain it again. Ed and his team, Vivian and Tatiana helped me get it quickly.
