Went in person. Offered no help. Manager (woman who seemed in her 50's) was rude, cut me off, refused to allow me to be seen by an attorney, and basically sent me away. Would not recommend.

We apologize for the experience you had. In order to be able to help as many tenants as possible with the limited staff we have we have very strict protocols. In order to get assistance tenants are seen by appointment. We need to make sure we have the proper documents to be able to assess your case. Tenants are assisted by one of our very experienced team members on the first meeting. I guess they do an okay job with whatever it is they are supposedly doing. How ever if a call back is something you think you can get, think again.I have to leave at least 10 messages to maybe get a callback.most of the time I have to just keep calling to get the info I need.when I call and get told that the person will call and I try to explain that 99 persent of the time they don't call me back I get told to just wait. In the meantime I don't know what to do pay rent or not

I went to Basta! I was told that they really help tenants. I got there and turned in everything and they said because I didn’t respond it’s possible that the Sherriff may come out using scare tactics! At first they said I could pay on the retainer and then they said I have to pay in full. They were advocating more for the landlord than the tenant. I have disabled people and mental disabled under my care and I explain that to the landlord and to Basta nobody cared the lady in the front office was nice then really rude and then nice again. So please you all can go there but I wouldn’t recommend. They help who they want to help and the others will just have to be on the streets I ask for three months and Joe replied nobody’s going to give you three months in their house rent free and then I see a person saying they got three months and ten thousand dollars and not only that I also talk to a person and he also stated he got the same months and time.
They stand on they word but they will let u know if they can help u or not but for me they won my case and i was very satisfied. I’ll Recommend them to everyone that needs help against the people they rent from
I agree with a lot of these people they definitely side with the landlord and the lady is so rude. Definitely try other places.
