Ben Franklin Legal Aid has helped me and my family out to so much. It also serves a lot of people here in the Tri-Cities who need help. The office staff is very attentive and very informative on guiding you to the steps you need to take to get legal counsel and helping you find a lawyer.

They helped me when I get as a single father of four fighting just to see my youngest daughter..... I'm an ex con who changed his life.... they found me a free attorney cause I couldn't afford one..... thank you guys so much my daughter is very happy to be around us

So sorry to hear you are missing us. Due to being a non profit and on a very low budget our hours are only 4 hours a day from 10:00am to 2:oopm Monday Through Wednesday and by appointment only on Thursday. We are housed with another agency that has changed their hours but have not changed their hours sign on our door, so I think you may have been reading their hours. If you ever need legal advice please feel free to call the Northwest Justice Project at 1-888-201-1014 Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:15am and 12:15pm. Thank you
