Bernicky law was a tremendous help! I was unsure where to go to and after reviewing many places and getting recommendations I settled on Bernicky Law and wouldn’t trust anyone else moving forward! I have a lot of anxiety and they answered all my thousands of questions in a respectful and timely manner !

Working with James has been a wonderful experience. He took care of everything for us in a very timely fashion. He was very patient and explained everything to us. I would definitely highly recomend him and his staff.
We sighed paperwork on June, its end of October we didn't get any documents, updates, very disappointing experience.
I wouldn't recommend this firm!

Hello Khabiba, as explained when you retained our firm, the process was expected to take 90-120 days for recording and return of the documents from the County. The documents signed in June were sent to the County and the Country recorded them in September (roughly 90 days) and then returned them to us (another 30 days). Keep in mind, these are not our timelines. <br><br>As we responded to your inquiry earlier today, this is very much in line with what was outlined in June.<br><br>While we certainly understand your frustration, we did outline this when we were retained to set expectations to avoid confusion and disappointment. <br><br>We would be happy to discuss this with you further, please do not hesitate to contact our office.

I hired James and his team for two real estate closings. One closing was a little more complicated than the standard closing, because I had a difficult buyer on the sale of my property. For both closings, James and his team were outstanding. The communication was seamless, and James handled all the challenges with the utmost professionalism and confidence. I highly recommend James.
