Please Do Not choose this firm! Brock himself contacted me from a referral. I have never been spoken to so rudely by a lawyer and rushed to provide information as soon as the call/evaluation started! To be rudely told he's doing me a favor providing a free evaluation! He even stated all lawyers would handle me this way! NOT TRUE!!! This firm is horrible and does not know how to provide customer service or be professional. I would NEVER choose this firm! THIS IS NOT THE WAY YOU TREAT POTENTIAL NEW CLIENTS!!

I consulted with Attorney Aaron Brock regarding a workplace discrimination case, and I left deeply disappointed with the quality of advice I received. Attorney Brock stated that my employer had the right to discriminate against me because I had not provided them with formal written notice of my situation. This is a fundamental misstatement of the law. The Americans with Disabilities Act does not require an employee to submit formal written notice to trigger an employer's obligations. I had addressed my situation through a casual conversation with my employer — which, under the ADA, is widely recognized as sufficient to put an employer on notice. Attorney Brock either was unaware of this or chose not to address it, and instead advised me as though my informal disclosure had no legal weight whatsoever. This type of incorrect guidance can cause serious harm to someone who is already in a vulnerable position and seeking help protecting their rights. I came to this consultation hoping for knowledgeable counsel and left with advice that could have led me to abandon a potentially valid claim. I would strongly caution anyone with an employment discrimination or disability rights matter to seek a second opinion before relying on any advice from this attorney. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this firm.

Brock and Gonzalez plays the voice of the devil’s advocate. They make assumptions about you and your case because they are so jaded. Each case is different and unique. They are a horrible firm in my opinion and the lawyers judge you based on their previous cases and based on assumptions. Go elsewhere.

Horrible law firm. The lawyers are very unprofessional and charge exorbitant fees. They interrupt you when trying to to explain your case and they do not return calls. My colleague and I sought help from Jesse Stratos who is just very unprofessional and when he talks he sounds dishonest in my opinion.

Brock called and asked the same questions as intake just to say he won’t take my case, had he not read the intake notes why waste my time. my ex-employer created a falsified performance improvement plan as a strategy to terminate me. This was highly discouraging for Mr. Brock. He just can’t fathom the idea that an employer can actually strategize and create a falsified performance improvement plan. Yes, it happens . A strategy that out smarts Brock but not all law firms agree with Brocks who appears to be searching for the easy flip cases with no challenge. As soon as I brought up marital status discrimination Brock quickly said I made too many complaints. There is no limit to protected activity and complaints of the employer is guilty of the fact. Brock is a flaw in the system the type of attorney that empowers employers to engage in unlawful activity, but not all attorneys agree I did find Attorney who understands my case. I was able to write a demand letter. If you experience the same denial from Brock, don’t be discouraged in finding a better attorney Brock that voice of the devil’s advocate, keep searching don’t let Brock discourage you from the justice you deserve.

Aaron Brock is the epitome of professionalism. Without him, I could not have navigated the tumultuous waters to safety the way my case was resolved. I’m going to be honest, I read a comment about how Aaron called someone after being referred and had no details prior to the call and cut that person off a lot. I can confirm that to be true, he did it again. I believe he mastered the art of being unprofessional while providing subtle compliments. I think what could help is it you put specifically what kind of cases you want to take on versus wasting peoples time. Would not recommend.
