Please Do Not choose this firm! Brock himself contacted me from a referral. I have never been spoken to so rudely by a lawyer and rushed to provide information as soon as the call/evaluation started! To be rudely told he's doing me a favor providing a free evaluation! He even stated all lawyers would handle me this way! NOT TRUE!!! This firm is horrible and does not know how to provide customer service or be professional. I would NEVER choose this firm! THIS IS NOT THE WAY YOU TREAT POTENTIAL NEW CLIENTS!!

The lawyer was extremely impatient, unable to listen to me and explain his position clearly. The free consultation lasted only five minutes, and I felt the pressure. While such characteristics may be helpful in court, lawyers should be more patient and attentive when dealing with the clients.

Brock and Gonzalez plays the voice of the devil’s advocate. They make assumptions about you and your case because they are so jaded. Each case is different and unique. They are a horrible firm in my opinion and the lawyers judge you based on their previous cases and based on assumptions. Go elsewhere.

Horrible law firm. The lawyers are very unprofessional and charge exorbitant fees. They interrupt you when trying to to explain your case and they do not return calls. My colleague and I sought help from Jesse Stratos who is just very unprofessional and when he talks he sounds dishonest in my opinion.

Aaron Brock is the epitome of professionalism. Without him, I could not have navigated the tumultuous waters to safety the way my case was resolved. I found myself in an unfortunate and unexpected situation at work, just after Thanksgiving. Not an ideal time, to say the least. I’m going to be honest, I read a comment about how Aaron called someone after being referred and had no details prior to the call and cut that person off a lot. I can confirm that to be true, he did it again. I believe he mastered the art of being unprofessional while providing subtle compliments. I think what could help is it you put specifically what kind of cases you want to take on versus wasting peoples time. Would not recommend.

Unfortunately I spoke with Aaron Brock about experiences with discrimination in the workplace to which he only jeered and laughed even after I told him about my heart attack. Furthermore to prove my point, when he called me after being referred and given supplemental documenation he knew nothing about my case and I had to re-explain every scenario to which he would just cut me off. Do not bother Aaron with your problems, he's having too good of a time to offer his attention or sincerity listening to your problems.

This guy is a complete joke!! Truly. Trying to get a hold of him is a pain, and then when I'm on the phone with him, he tells me the complete opposite of any other attorney would tell me. I've worked with several attorneys in the past, and this guy clearly has no idea what he's talking about and clearly doesn't know protection classes. It also is obvious that he only takes easy simple cases, that don't require any hard work or any work from an attorney and just wants the money. The firm is a joke!
