5 star review for 5 star legal assistance. Mr Brooks and staff were always professional and tenacious throughout our legal battle with an insurance giant. He came highly recommended by another, husband/wife team of Savannah attorneys, and we were never disappointed by our decision. His thorough defense of our difficult case, set a precedence, admittedly, by the insurance company we sued for denying our claim. Our claim, on a total loss of our century plus, totally renovated farmhouse, was denied. This after being a 35 year FB member, with only one small claim in all the years of membership and no personal history to justify the treatment we received. Gene and his team dug in and compiled an exhaustive amount of evidence to substantiate our claims and won! This all from a single, small, firm with a Big commitment to delivering a settlement that was hard won. We will always be grateful for the representation we received. His charming office in downtown Savannah is conveniently located and has plentiful parking directly across from the office.

One of the hardest working sole practioners I have had the pleasure of assisting. Gene and his team make things happen. They have unwavering dedication to their clients and it shows through their representation.
We took an injury case to Gene Brooks a year after the injury and despite the delay, his office was able to compile a comprehensive case for compensation. My husband and I were always impressed with the professionalism and competency of Mr. Brooks and his staff. I was proud to have him represent us and I would highly recommend his office to others.

law firm is top notch . Gene brooks is in my opinion the best lawyer in Savannah . His personal is the best . They kept me up to date on everything . Gene was on top of his game . Also during the process with this firm my new born baby was hospitalized for 30 day Gene Brooks called and checked on her at least two times a week . Recently The Brooks Law Firm helped me obtain a prompt and fair settlement from an insurance company that had shown little inclination to resolve the case. My vehicle was destroyed by the company's insured in a hit and run incident. My car was old and not worth a whole lot but I needed a settlement to help me replace the car. The case wasn't going to make money for the law firm, but for a small fee they helped me anyway. Maria Genualdi was especially responsive and professional. I recommend this firm to anyone who has suffered damage, loss, and or injury from another party's actions.
