She will literally lie to you and not contest any thing judge says even when there is clear proof right in front of her I objected 3 times she asked me to be quiet.

Extremely rude, don’t even try going in person and knocking on the door, she won’t even give you time to explain why you are there. Treated me as though I was a salesman when all I wanted was to contact someone for a consultation.

She was my Moms attorney and she was excellent.Thank you Thank you.She is a very good and been in Odessa for years and holds alot of respect

This lady is not only rude, but the most unprofessional person I’ve ever spoken to. First, she never answers her phone, then when she does she’s hateful. Do not use this lady ever for anything.

I live 7 hours away, I called to speak to Mrs. Bj Brown relating to a case she has taken and I number one have never been to law school so I dont know how these things work but I have some evidence related to the case that I needed to share with her and I was treated with such disrespect, like I was just scum of the earth. I was kind and polite, She didn't take in consideration what I was trying to say I know her schedule is probably extremely busy and her job is probably a hard one but I didn't appreciate the way I was spoken to, I was told to write a letter but wasn't given any information on were to send it.I feel sorry for the person she is representing in my opinion I would want someone who actually cares about my case especially if someone had substantial evidence pertaining to the case but its just my opinion

BJ. BROWN is vary professional and Reaponsive. She was able to pick up my case on a last minute notice and got the my case going ASAP. She is very informative and prompt on new information in regarding my case status. Not only is she an amazing Attorney who's been doing legal cases professionally for 30+ years but she's also a kind soul and has Sympathy for any case matters.I highly recommend BJ Brown to fight for you.

Doesn't read clients paper work. Work FOR DA to close files fast. Doesn't respond to clients request. Doesn't notify clients of ANYTHING, including court dates and offers. Respond to clients complaints with "boohoo". Poor attitude. Unwilling to work with family of clients to resolve problems.

BJ Brown is at this moment my sons court appointed attorney. He has been in Ector County Detention Center since August 2020. She has not (once seen him). I make calls to her a she refers me as God another mommy call. She's very rude very unprofessional.

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. She represented my daughter a few years back when she was assigned as a court appointed attorney for my daughter. It was 3 weeks before she even contacted her. After that it was impossible to get in touch with her she would not answer nor return any phone calls. 3 weeks before my daughter's court date my daughter filed a complaint and request for a new attorney. When BJ found out she was livid. She called my daughter and started yelling and screaming at her about how could she change attorneys. The xchange didn't go as she planned because my daughter yelled back at her and told her she was useless and unproductive and should have her licence revoked. When I finally saw her one day in court I was shocked at her appearance. It looked as though she slept in her clothes and had not washed her hair in months. Please do not ever ever ever retain this woman as your attorney, And if she's appointed as your Court Appointed lawyer please ask for another one as soon as you can.
