I was referred to this company to help with my mother. They were very rude and after a few months told us they could not help and to go back to Gomez who referred us to them. I thought the goal with elder abuse is to help those who can't help themselves. I guess not everyone feels this way. I hear they are good but that doesn't even matter. Rude us not acceptable!!!

My adult-dependent daughter was abused in a group home and has suffered from PTSD as well as severe regression in behavior after we removed her from the group home. Because we did not have actual video footage of the abuse happening, we had to resort to a civil lawsuit to attempt to bring justice for our daughter, rather than a criminal lawsuit.
