Very disappointed with how unprofessional this firm has been. I started calling on Monday and each time was told, “the attorney isn’t in the office right now, but I can leave a message.” It is now Friday, and I still have not received a single call back or any form of follow-up. When I called again today, I was suddenly told, “you already have a lawyer, just move forward with your lawyer.” I waited an entire week just to be told that. Initially, the phone lady expressed no interest in taking the case and suggested I stay with the original lawyer who handled it. On top of that, she later misrepresented the situation by claiming I was disrespectful, which is completely untrue. I remained professional throughout every interaction. I even recorded the conversation and offered to provide it to clarify how I was treated by the office staff, but the attorney refused to review it. Instead, she stated she would support her staff regardless of the circumstances even if they were in the wrong. This level of disregard for communication, accountability, and professionalism is extremely concerning.

Wilvin J. Carter best attorney in Houston. He kept his word on dismissing one of my main cases but on top of that dismissed two more of my cases as well. What can I say he is a Superman foreal.

Great lawyers very educated I like how they team work and get the job done if they don’t know they not ashamed of letting you know they will get back with you I have had 3 lawyers working my husband same case for 2 years they signed on and handled business just know they have a life outside of trying to fight for your life and freedom have patience, faith and pray

DONT USE THIS LAW FIRM I just spoke with the secretary of this law firm she was rude and hostile cold and had a very bad attitude she made inappropriate comments to me about the case as if she were the attorney himself because I was asking her questions about the procedures of the law firm she turned down the case before she even knew what it was because she said that the lawyer would not be taking the case because of me and I told her I would be the one handling the funds so I would be the one asking the questions to make sure my sons funds would be being used appropriately she wanted to discuss the cost of the case before even having the consultation it seems as tho this law firm is all about money not the people that they’re actually servicing I asked her who wants to pay an attorney thousands of dollars before even knowing what can be done with the case first it’s all a money game and if I were the attorney Welvin J Carter she would not be in charge of answering my calls or of answering anything else she’s gonna cause him to loose a lot of clients because she doesn’t listen or want to answer any questions and has a very slick smart mouth and no one is gonna spend their money where there is that type of miscommunication going on especially when dealing with something of this magnitude of importance i am very disappointed in her and this law firm if this is how they handle potential clients I’ve never been treated this way ever when calling a law firm i am appalled that she spoke to me the way that she did just for asking questions but nowadays we live in a do the bare minimum world so I should’ve expect the unexpected anyways but never in a million years would I expect that level of disrespect coming from a secretary of a law firm

man these people so unprofessional !! and the receptionist are MAD DISRESPECTFUL!!! they talk to people like the are not humans just because they are incarcerated . and he never stays in contact with his clients and barley shows up to court dates ! I would hate too have this guy represent me and have my freedom in his hands !

The knowledge and experience of his team and knowing both sides of the Law..How to articulate and smarts work ..They have shown me which side they were on...The team was honest and fort coming.
