Highly recommend! The initial amount received from our awful insurance company was less than half of what it will actually cost to repair our house from Hurricane Ian damage. We were at the end of our rope and nearing the deadline to file a lawsuit. Many of our friends and acquaintances had gone the “public adjuster” route, with mixed results (Or even worse, just settled for the pittance received from their insurance co.). After seeing a Cernitz ad online and doing a little research, we decided to give them a call. From the start, Justin, Adam, and the entire team were attentive, answered our questions clearly, and recognized immediately that we were grossly underpaid for our claim. The whole process took a while, but along the way they communicated what was happening, responded to our calls and emails in a timely manner, and were very professional. Most importantly, they got results! Cernitz was able to recover more in our settlement than what the insurance company (backed by one of the largest underwriters in the world) initially paid us. Almost three years after Ian, we were afraid we would never be made “whole” and compensated appropriately, but Cernitz got it done. If you need to fight “big insurance”, do not hesitate - Cernitz can take them on and win!

The lower wa ok but the paralegal lady was lying any time I call the office and lock very irritated beacouse you question her about the case. I don't recommend the company is losing time
