Robert was patient and even though he couldn't assist me, he took the time to refer me to Christopher Rouse and Brittany. I couldn't thank him enough for that because they both made the process so easy after that. They stayed in contact with me with updates, and within no time had won my case. Attorney Rouse was reasonable, clear, and honest related to my claims. He prepped me well, maintained an appropriate ethical distance, ensured I had a realistic understanding of possible outcomes. He presented well in the court, covered deficiencies in testimony with appropriate follow-up questions, and in general, I was fully satisfied with the representation that I received. I do not yet know the results of my case, but that is irrelevant to the fact that I recommend this firm for your legal needs.

My experience was very brief. I called (about a month and a half ago) to ask about getting help with disability because I have cancer, I wasn’t even able to say I had cancer. Only told that the person who handles disability isn’t there and they would call me back later. They never did. I don’t know why they did this, maybe because I’m young and sound young- I’ve noticed many don’t seem to care or think I could be sick since I’m college age. I waited for a while to post this because I wasn’t sure how busy they were, if they had a lot of cases, or something of that sort. It’s clear to me now, the woman who took my information either didn’t pass it on or did, and whoever handles disability chose to ignore me. I wouldn’t use them, since they don’t even care enough to call back. I’ve edited my review from a one star to a two. I did this because although I’ve had a bad experience (or I suppose almost no experience considering what occurred) others seem to have had great experiences- if they actually get called back and have a case form.

Save your money and go to someone else! I originally came to Mr. Rouse because he did my mom's will. So I wanted to have my mom's will probated. This should have only taken 30 days but some other items came up and it took longer. I kept calling and asking what was going on. He would tell me " I don't know" what kind of lawyer says he doesn't know. I said well can you find out, he said he could not talk to the judge. Now if what I needed was above what he could do, he should have immediately said so and not drag this on and not know what to tell me. I went back and forth with him for months!! I finally got fed up and decided to seek another attorney. Mr. Rouse never sent me a bill! When I got another attorney, the new attorney told me Mr. Rouse put a lien on my deceased mother's property! What a class act? Why would he do something like that? That was real dirtyI tried to call him but of course he was "too busy" to talk"! To say I was livid, was an understatement! All he had to do was send me a bill so I could pay it! What kind of person puts a lien on a deceased person's property without even trying to get payment? I went to his office and paid the attorney fee. I asked to speak to him again, of course he was busy again. I wanted to know when he was going to drop the lien. He took his sweet time dropping the lien. I thought Mr. Rouse was on the up and up but he was not! Go to someone else! M. E. Randall

Anyone who has been through the disabiltiy hearing process knows its a lengthy process. From application to hearing took almost 2 years. Wish they could have made it faster. It was easy to get in for appointments and go over how to win my case. Attorney paid attention and answered my questions, explained the process, and let me know what to expect at the hearing when we finally got to it.

Chris has been a very present surprise. So far my case has been pretty straight forward through work. Chris has reviewed Doc's and expand things to me. So far he has not charged anything for services and says we will square up at the end. I think he is a hell. of a good guy.
