Lol. If I can give a zero I would have given a zero. They messed up my appointments not ONCE but twice and I have an appointment card as a proof and they are denying that I’m on the schedule. If I knew I would be treated this way, I would’ve had an audio recording or video recording of me setting up my appointment because literally I set up the appointment in person. And they’re saying they can’t do anything about it because they don’t know how I have a card. Lol. 🤣🤣 unbelievably rude and un professional people. I wouldn't go here if i don’t need to for my treatment. And where would i steal an appointment card?? This place is a joke, ridiculous

I was involved in two hit-and-run car accidents last October and have been receiving treatment for two herniated discs at Coast Injury Medicine. I recently underwent a PRP treatment, and the team was incredibly professional and thorough in explaining the procedure and what to expect. The staff is amazing-they're kind, respectful, and truly make you feel cared for. I highly recommend this clinic, especially if you've been in a car accident.
