As a realtor, I work with title companies and real estate attorneys across Florida. I met Erin through a transaction where I represented the buyer. The buyer was an out of state, fully disabled veteran, who relied on my expertise to secure a house for him. We went under contract and Erin and her team handled every obstacle with grace and diligence. We had last minute balancing issues, notary requirements in 2 different states, and did I mention this was all during Christmas time? They knocked it out of the park and we closed on New Year’s Eve….yes you read that right, we closed on New Year’s Eve because of the great job Erin did working with all parties.
