Crash to Cash

If you want to wait a year to get paid. Have 5 different case managers and can’t get anybody on the phone EVER. Call them still haven’t gotten paid and I signed my settlement 2 weeks ago.

Absolutely the worst lawyers/paralegals i have ever hired. I left one lawyer to do business with them. Since they have had my case i have asked to speak to the supervisor several times. They have had my case for almost a year. I have been doing all the leg work that i hired them to do. They keep loosing paper work so they say.This office only care about money and social media stunting. They do not care about the client. I just want my case to be over and I will never use them again nor will I refer anyone to them. This office is very unprofessional and the lady that answer the phone with the European accent is horrible at answer the phone. The only thing good about the office is Ms. Gladys she's the sweetest person there.

The people are nice there. The lady who represented me was nice and informative but the reason I gave it a four-star because it took a little longer than I expected..

I was a little concerned at first as I was waiting on my money, but Stacey called as soon as my check came in. I was able to pick it up the same day. Super happy!!

They were very fast and efficient. They returned my calls in a timely manner also responding to text messages in a timely manner. I received my money in less than a year of my two accidents two months apart which was really fast being that I have waited for 3 years before. I would definitely recommend their services. The only con is I wish they had a way to direct deposit the payments once it’s ready. I live an hr and a half away and I had to drive to receive my payment so I wouldn’t have to wait on the mail. Other than that I’m very happy with my amounts for each crash and the time frame.
