Ya’ll Andrew took my case!! I was in compliance for all permits and things to obtain a business license for my salon (I’m a licensed nail tech and braider) and all permits were signed off and approved BY THE CITY, but Manchester, Ga literally does not want to see entrepreneurs grow they block them in all ways! Even with being in compliance and meeting all requirements the city would not issue me a business license. Even tried to illegally force me to move my shed (I converted a shed to salon behind my home) and even only mailed me the part of the city ordinance that made it look like I violated it but didn’t send the rest! I read it for myself and Andrew went over it I was in compliance and it was no reason I was denied not to mention zoning said they NEVER received my application and that it was signed off by someone who was not authorized to sign off on it!! I moved I couldn’t prosper there at all I was looking at 1,000$ fine !! My case was dismissed this morning!! Thank you Andrew for everything!!
