Heritage Personal Injury Group

No communication at all! I have no idea where they are at with the case. Update they took this case encouraged me to go to the doctor and sent a text stating they have no lawyer to take the case. This is after a year and a half!!! No they won’t answer the phone. This is the WORST law firm ever. Do not go to them.

From start to finish they were kind, and professional. Even when I had a bit of a meltdown they remained professional.

Still awaiting Insurance company to send release. It been several weeks still nothing.

Updating my rating because communication has improved tremendously. Thank you. Unfortunately my experience has not been stellar. Communication is lacking on all platforms - the app, phone, email, etc. I just cannot get anyone to respond to the messages that I leave. I have no idea what is going on with my case and no one will call me back. Well I did finally receive a voicemail from someone today but when I called back they again were not available. I was told to expect another call after 5pm. I am still waiting. Looks like I will now have to find some help to assist me with dealing with this law firm. I truly don't know how to proceed. I will call around to see what my options are as they are the ones who are supposed to be representing me. Yet, I feel that I have no representation as I cannot even speak to anyone. I am not used to this level of unprofessionalism.

My customer service experience with Heritage Injury group has been absolutely horrendous!!!! I’ve tried to call them several times, left leave messages. No one returned my call. I go through the portal. That’s not returned. Nothing no type of response. Do I receive I called the office just to be put on hold to only be hung up on. My experience has been horrible. I don’t know what else to do at this point except point others the opposite way of Heritage firm. They are not the way you wanna go so if you are in a car accident, please I beg you don’t walk past them, run because they’re not a law firm that’s out for their clients best interest so I am now looking to see what I can do now to end my case with the Heritage injury firm I am so done.

I am highly pleased with the results of my case. Each employee of the firm was pleasant to deal with. Am extremely grateful for the negotiation results. Thank you.

The firm is great and very helpful in keeping me updated thru their app and also email. Vashti was very nice and helpful and everyone else who has been apart of the process. I give them 5 stars and would recommend them to anyone in need of a personal injury lawyer.

So thankful for this Injury firm! They truly want what's best for their clients. Communicated with me every step, was always available and actually would check on me and my care the entire 5 months. Grateful for the settlement they were able to negotiate for me. So glad I went with Heritage Injury Firm :)

Communication is the worse!! I’ve signed paperwork to receive my settlement check in July and here we are in October and I can’t even get the office to return my calls! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I will be reaching out to the BAR TODAY!! I’m glad I’ve kept every record of every phone call I’ve attempted to get an answer about my money! If this office hasn’t been sued before they will be today!

Crash to Cash was an amazing experience. Everything was done in a timely fashion and they were extremely professional. When I had questions they always got back to me and was very helpful. I would recommend crash to cash to all my friends and family. -Nadav Kersey
