They were my first contact for a serious family event. Didn't know what to expect. Never dealt with this type of situation before. They were compassionate, respectful and very professional. They patiently listened. Although not able to assist me with my matter, not their area of practice, they referred me to another firm that could. I even received a follow-up from them. Who does that? Cullan & Cullan does. Deserving of my 5 star review.

Worthless, dishonest and dismissive. I received a call within minutes of submitting a request online. Unfortunately she was very impatient to the point of cutting me off while giving her the background info she requested and she asked me a question I was just about to give her the info for if she would have just kept listening. Even though I gave a clear case of patient abandonment and failure to diagnose - which they claim to handle - she blew it off and just said "That is not something we would handle". She concluded this based on one conversation that took less than FIVE MINUTES. The call was basically a simple screening for her to get a sense of how much money might be in it for them, and when it became clear to her I don't have a catastrophic injury (yet) due to medical malpractice she offered no advice, no option for follow up even though this case is just developing.

They have been the most helpful out of any firm I’ve contacted so far. I am working on establishing a class action lawsuit case and they had my back with all of the advice they were able to give me. I highly recommend contacting this firm for your legal needs.

Recently I had a need for some legal advice. Not knowing exactly who to contact about a "Product Liability" case, I started to search the internet and look for Law Firms who might be able to help me. Virginia Cullan not only called once, she followed up to make sure I received the information on the Law firm who might be able to help and then provided 2 additional firms to contact! Dr. Sam Cullan represented our family on a birth injury case. Dr. Sam kept us informed through out the whole process of our case, making sure we understood and answering any questions we had.
