I don’t have enough room to write all the amazing things about this law firm. I could truly go on for days about how great they are! I was in a major accident when I was 5 weeks pregnant and the ER drs had me convinced that I’d lose my baby since my chance of miscarriage had just tripled. I was devastated. I quickly learned how avoidable the accident was on the at fault parties end. I knew I wasn’t going to be able to just walk away from the accident, especially with the new injuries on top of my already existing chronic pain. I quickly found Dan Caplis, filled out the online form, and someone called me within an hour to go over info. Dan Caplis himself called me the next evening and just from that phone call I could tell and hear how compassionate and caring he was towards my situation, I knew I was making the right decision! Lita and Travis were assigned to my case and I couldn’t thank them enough for everything! They were always on top of everything, always kept me updated on the status, quickly responded to questions, and just made the process so smooth and easy for me. I especially became very close to Lita. She constantly checked in on me throughout my pregnancy and also after I had my baby. I cannot thank this law firm and the people that worked on my case enough. I had just lost my husband a month and a half before my accident and I was very deep in grief. I was hit by a drunk driver and was hurt very bad. I had a TBI and a broken hand, and many lacerations on my entire body. I had to use a walker to walk with and I had to stay with my parents for 6 weeks before I was released to be on my own. Michelle Wyman is the absolute BEST!!! Without her I don't know how we would've gotten through after my husband was backed over by a car. Mr. Caplis came to see my husband in the hospital.
