I experienced significant concerns regarding communication, professionalism, and case management. I did not receive any direct communication from the attorney assigned to my case for approximately two weeks after engagement. During that time, the paralegal handling my documents repeatedly indicated that materials had been received which I had not yet submitted, creating confusion and concern about the handling of my case. Additionally, I learned through a third party that my originally assigned attorney was no longer handling my case, despite prior representations indicating otherwise. This lack of transparency was both unexpected and concerning. When I later spoke with the attorney who ultimately handled my case, I found the interaction to be dismissive and unprofessional. Upon seeking clarification about the status of my representation, I was advised to consider contacting another attorney or handling the matter independently, as they did not anticipate a favorable outcome. As a result, I lost several weeks that could have been spent securing alternative legal representation. This delay negatively impacted the progress of my case. Overall, I am disappointed with the level of communication, professionalism, and care demonstrated throughout my experience.
