Jorge Jamaica is a very professional attentive representative. He responded to all my questions and made this process that was a stressful situation, possible to accomplish. I highly recommend Mr Jamaica and this firm .
It was my first time getting in a major wreck and I was devastated from losing my car.. Fernando made the process fast and easy . We had appointments ready as soon as the next week that helped with the healing and recovery which was needed .. good job guys !

They were super quick and easy to reach any time I had questions, and even took the time to explain how my repairs would be handled, which honestly wasn’t even their job. They sent me to amazing providers who really listened and helped with my pain. My case manager, Fernando, was so supportive and knowledgeable. he made the whole process way less stressful. BEWARE!!! This firm helped me with a claim in 2022 and now in 2025 I have a lien out for 5K + a third party company garnishing my retired mothers wages because they didn’t pay the bill from the initial night of my accident. I called asking for legal guidance several times in the process and the receptionist just says there’s nothing they can do. I would highly recommend Mark Blackwell instead, he gave me guidance for free despite never even touching my case.
