He clearly explained how our trust works and clarified choices we have on naming beneficiaries to our life insurance, IRA'S and ROTH accounts. My mom and dad whose primary language is not English we’re taken advantage of and misled that you didn’t to a irrevocable trust. It was not ok that my mom could lose half her savings if she had to go into a nursing home. I noticed this when I needed to help her several years after my dad died We had to pay thousands to fix this and my mom was in jeopardy of needing care. It would also affect my inheritance. So need to warn people about this unethical behavior!
