I sustained a large structural loss in my house and went through a Public Adjuster who had referred me to another attorney who said he could not help me with my insurance company denied my claim. I had to pay for everything out of my pocket, which was a huge financial burden, but then I got a call from my Public Adjuster telling me about a new attorney by the name of Lazaro de la Noval. Mr. De la Noval reviewed my case, explained everything to me, and within a few weeks of retaining him he was able to get me a settlement. I cannot speak highly enough of Mr. De La Noval’s professionalism but it goes to show you that you do not get the same results from all lawyers. Some stand above the rest and I am very thankful for what Mr. De La Noval has done for me. I would strongly recommend him if you have sustained a loss and your insurance company is giving you a hard time.

Mr. De La Noval was referred to me through my public adjuster regarding unfair payment for repairs to my home as a result of hurricane Ian. He is a diligent attorney who knows the pulse of the insurance company attorneys. He has strong negotiating skill that will result in getting the most money for your loss without having to take your case to litigation. I found that he begins working on the case as soon as he gets it. I highly recommend that you hire him as your legal representative when dealing with your homeowners insurance.
