I had an outstanding experience working with Kelly and her team at Desert Star Law Group after my car accident. From the very beginning, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping me through a very stressful situation.
Kelly and her team took the time to explain every step of the process in a way that was easy to understand. They handled the insurance companies, paperwork, and negotiations so I didn’t have to worry about the legal side while focusing on my recovery. Their communication was excellent—I was always kept informed and any questions I had were answered quickly.
What really stood out was their dedication and attention to detail. They worked hard to ensure that my case was handled properly and that I received a fair settlement. It was clear they truly advocate for their clients and treat you like more than just another case.

I heard about desert star law group from a friend who was also in a car accident. He had a really good experience with them and had a massive settlement check. I knew that I would have a good case because my car was totaled and it wasn’t my fault.
Desert star took care of my total loss offer so I could get into a new vehicle less than a week after my accident. I was also injured and my case manager was in constant contact with me about my appointments and how I was feeling. They were just checking in with me often. I appreciated that.
I would recommend this firm to anyone that doesn’t really know the process after an accident because they will take care of everything from your property damage, your medical bills, and you’ll be informed of every step of the process. I felt like they took care of me. They treated me like i was the most important person to them. I felt like i was treated with respect and like all my questions were answered in a nice and friendly way. I will be recommending my friends and family here if they are ever in an accident
