I highly recommend Scott and his team. My mother died due to a nursing home accident and we were able to get a good settlement. Scott had us so well positioned for trial that the nursing home knew they'd lose. Scott and his staff are always available to answer questions and address concerns. The personal touch is very nice.

Professionalism and Responsiveness: Scott Distasio’s advice and direction through a great team of communicators brought justice for my Mother. Hats off to Nate who worked so many months with me to get my Mother’s medical records and Melody who was preparing me for deposition and Scott’s advice as to less is more- I tend to talk when nervous.
