I highly recommend Scott and his team. My mother died due to a nursing home accident and we were able to get a good settlement. Scott had us so well positioned for trial that the nursing home knew they'd lose. Scott and his staff are always available to answer questions and address concerns. The personal touch is very nice.

Professionalism and Responsiveness: Scott Distasio’s advice and direction through a great team of communicators brought justice for my Mother. Hats off to Nate who worked so many months with me to get my Mother’s medical records and Melody who was preparing me for deposition and Scott’s advice as to less is more- I tend to talk when nervous. All a team effort and winning is good , but I dedicate it all to Mom who would have fought against this injustice. Thanks again to everyone art team Distasio’s Law for bringing justice to my Mother. Scott Distasio is a true professional who takes great care of each of his clients. I know he can't attend to everyone personally, even if he wanted to. Distasio Law Firm has been a true example of satisfaction for many of us who have found and used his services. I have known Scott for over 20 years, and my experience at his law firm was 100% wonderful.

My car was ruined by a car wash and i had no way of contacting them to cover the damage. Scott was referred to me by a friend who pursued the case for over a year until the company agreed to pay for some of the damages. I’d given up but they didn’t! Highly recommend Distasio Law to get the job done!
