Disappointed in the service and communication. The "case manager" lady was unprofessional - she has one job which to communicate to your customers and she told me she would send me an email on Friday 5/26 Early Afternoon - NO EMAIL SENT so I could not send the attorney my case info which is with the California Civil Rights Dept right now. I call in today to make sure that she didn't have the wrong email that she reconfirmed with me on Friday so I left her a voicemail at 9:38am this morning and still no callback and no email If this isnt a case that you guys take? thats totally okay but it would be nice to not have someone lead you on and then not communicate back to you twice in back to back work days. This is a severe case that she just dropped the ball on! On top of that she sounds like she is AI - she sounds like a computer on the phone , I almost hung up because I thought I as talking to a computer! ALL AROUND BAD BUSINESS DEALING IN GENERAL

I had a very disappointing experience with Dolan Law. I spent almost two months communicating with the firm about employment matter, uploading documents, providing nearly twenty pages of information, and completing all questionnaires. Despite this, my case manager, Karla Soto, repeatedly sent me the same questions because she never reviewed my emails or the documents I submitted. She didn’t respond for weeks, then contacted me again asking questions that were already answered in my files. It was clear she had not communicated anything to the attorney or properly managed the case. After all this delay, I suddenly received an email saying the firm “does not have time” to take my case just two days after she requested more information. This level of disorganization and lack of responsibility is unacceptable for a time-sensitive legal matter. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm.

Spoke personally with Mr. Dolan... He picked up first call I made to him, and was ready to give me the time needed to answer the questions I had. The peace of mind I received speaking with him is invaluable, a blessing indeed. Recently I was in an accident and was feeling overwhelmed with insurance claims, with fixing my car, and medical claims, that I knew I needed help. Asked me to provide video footage of what happened. Was too large to send by email. I asked them for Dropbox, they said they’d get back to me. Then they sat on it for a week and denied it. I had forgotten about them and found a different attorney. But still. Low quality efforts from their office.
