Absolutely horrible! Mr. Dore promised 'very limited interaction' and would hardly be seen but was all over the statement and hardly limited.....the endless stories from Mr. Dore at the beginning were disarming and connecting, but they do not live up to their promised approach and shut off communications when they had withdrawn their retainer. Note to self - don't pay a retainer until you're sure of their approach. A terrible firm and the culture starts at the top....judge accordingly.

They offer flat fee services then bill you hours on top of that. A 250 dollar letter ends up costing over 3 times that. Then they report it to the credit bureaus.

She takes notes, so that nothing is missed, and reviews them with you to make sure she's captured everything discussed. Since we started working with Katherine Tyler, everything has been seamless. She is early to meetings, easy to talk to, and will not get off the call until all of our concerns are addressed. She has provided us with copies of documents to file for review, and subsequent filings with the probate court, as well as, any orders from the court.
