I’ve called four times and left messages at least three messages by email and voicemail in the past two weeks in hopes to work with Daniel but I have yet to receive any response from him. I spoke to an assistant on March 31st that said I should hear from him by April 2nd and I’m still waiting. It’s very unfortunate because all of his reviews rave about his professionalism and dedication to his work. I wish I could say the same. UPDATE: I was told that Daniel will be in office Wednesday, April 2, 2025 and that he will reach out to me because I left my information with the assistant. (The social norm is if someone leaves you a message, you contact them.) I waited and decided to reach back out again this past Monday, April 7, 2025. These calls happened after two attempts to leave emails through his website that have also been left unanswered. A potential client should not have to chase down an attorney but thankfully, I have dodged a bullet because this one lacks accountability. Down below you can see a screenshot of the times I have tried to call. I wish I was able to include screenshots of my emails but of course, they do not send copies of those because then the potential clients this practice blows off would have written evidence of their incompetency.

My wife and I used Mr. McCarthy for our will and estate planning and we highly recommend him. He was very informative, presented all of our options, and took the time to really make sure we understood everything. He was also able to complete this task quickly and his office staff were very friendly and helpful as well
