I DO NOT ADVERTISE “CIVIL RIGHTS”, please visit Lakelandlegal.com which is the only place I advertise. You will not find a single mention of civil rights. Apparently you do not understand how search engines try to match you up but I am not in control of the search engines and do not deserve a 1 star rating, trust me, I don’t like getting calls for cases that I don’t handle. I get calls for Landlord tenant that I do not handle as well and it is frustrating. <br>

From day one I counseled you about realistic expectations. You indicated you wanted 50/50 custody while living out of state and I forewarned you that it was unrealistic. We then went to mediation and came to an agreement and the following day you had buyers remorse so I argued that the agreement was not binding however we took it before the judge and he ruled against us so I do not understand how you are saying I did not fight for you. As to not being available, I had several meetings with you by phone since you were out of state. We spoke at length in August when I was hired. We had a second telephone conference in October to discuss recent pleadings. We discussed you class prior to mediation on February 6. We scheduled a meeting for February 24 when you decided you were unhappy with the mediated agreement. My court ran long on that day so we contacted you that it would need to be a little later and you opted to move it the February 26. March 13 we had another telephone conference to discuss a new proposed settlement agreement wherein the opposing party literally agreed to every change that you requested. Again you had buyer's remorse even to your proposed changes. We met in person March 17, the morning of the final hearing at 9am to prepare for the afternoon hearing. We argued your issues to the judge, including you request for Christmas every single year and the judge ruled that you were bound to the mediated agreement and bound to your proposed changes since they were accepted in whole by the opposing party. You were most upset about the opposing parties award of attorney fees that was awarded to them because we caused extra litigation after an agreement was signed and because your income was considerably higher than the opposing party. Again, I counseled you to come to an agreement on a contribution of attorney fees as I thought the fee request was reasonable and you requested to put it before the judge who gave us a less favorable ruling that the settlement discussions before the hearing. You repeatedly ignored my advice and received a negative outcome yet thanked me for my hard work and payed your final bill in full. Now, 6 weeks later you again are revisiting issues with regret and placing blame in the wrong place. I can't help but to wonder if someone else is influencing the regrets but regardless, I wish you the best in finding peace in your relationship with the mother of your child.

Your review is shocking, I met with you on 10/30/2023, 3/14/2024, 7/16/2024, 8/5/2024 and 12/18/2024, met with your witness on 8/7/2024 and was scheduled to teleconference with you again on 2/12/2024 when you called in 20 minutes late and were advised you would need to be rescheduled because I was no longer available. You then made physical threats against my staff not to mention that I have appeared 9 times on your behalf due to delays that you are causing. We wish you the best in finding a new lawyer.
