I don’t know a lot about the law, but I can tell you Eric K. Roberts is a fighter in court. I witnessed this first hand in court. He went against 3 or 4 lawyers and won. He went over everything thoroughly with me, and I can tell you I was happy to use him in my case. Great job !!!!! Civil case.

Mr. Roberts is amazing he got my case thrown out fought for me the whole time the prosecutor tried to run over me And give me another court date to continue my case and Mr. Roberts was the one to defend me and get my case thrown out he is very resilient and he going to get the job done no matter what it is he will fight for you to make sure the court does not try and run over you he is a wonderful attorney and if I ever get into any more trouble I’m most definitely going to Mr. Roberts first before anybody else

A fairly simple case has turned into 3yrs in a few months. I’m constantly calling to get updates. Additional lawyers hired to my case by Mr. Roberts don’t keep me updated. I’m constantly doing my own leg work just to understand what’s going on with the case & what’s needed to close the case. Insurance companies paid out 07/2024 & my family & I haven’t been compensated anything today. It’s constant excuses after excuses. He’s busy, it’s the other lawyer fault, messages weren’t relayed, secretaries are the fall guy, the list of excuses goes on. I’m sadden because I can’t fully began to heal from my mom’s accidental death because I have this business to handle. My case prioritization must be on the lower end of the list.
