A fairly simple case has turned into 3yrs in a few months. I’m constantly calling to get updates. Additional lawyers hired to my case by Mr. Roberts don’t keep me updated. I’m constantly doing my own leg work just to understand what’s going on with the case & what’s needed to close the case. Insurance companies paid out 07/2024 & my family & I haven’t been compensated anything today. It’s constant excuses after excuses. He’s busy, it’s the other lawyer fault, messages weren’t relayed, secretaries are the fall guy, the list of excuses goes on. I’m sadden because I can’t fully began to heal from my mom’s accidental death because I have this business to handle. My case prioritization must be on the lower end of the list.

Mr. Roberts fought for me during my Preliminary Hearing he was excellent and great communication. He even showed for me after Preliminary Hearing after the judge told him he didn’t have to be for there and he still stayed and fought for me.

I would like to share my experience with Mr. Robert's law firm. I was only seeking advice from an attorney at first and he kept everything upfront and forth coming about my case. I was reluctant to retain an attorney but in order to get certain things done in my favor I needed him. I also needed to do everything asked of me. Coming to the office, filling out certain forms, and discussing the case from my perspective every time he asked. Sometimes I wanted to question why he needed certain things but I trusted the process. Truly cases are not an overnight process and it can go on for years and we have to be patient and trust that the attorney is Mr Roberts is there for me.
