After searching online, I found Estate Planning and Elder Law Services and called to discuss what we were looking to do, then made an appointment. Upon arrival, we met with James Bobcik Esq., to discuss estate planning. James and the entire office staff were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. James was very knowledgeable and patient. He explained all our options and helped us determine what would work best for our family. I also found them to be among the more reasonably priced providers of estate planning services. I highly recommend!

We started a trust fund many years ago but didn't get through the first set of questions. We weren't sure how to.answer some of them.Meeting with Elder law was a great experience. They asked us questions about what we wanted to achieve and then clearly explained the ramifications of our answers. They took us step by step through everything we needed in a trust and what we didn't. When the trust was completed, they took us through each point and again explained in detail what each meant. I'd definitely recommend Elder Law to anyone who wants to have a trust.

I felt confident after my initial phone call with Kim, a genuinely kind and efficient person. We were grateful that Attorney James Bobcik listened to us talk before we got down to business because his attention and legal exertise will protect one of our daughters from a disaster we knew nothing about. We had a lengthy Plan signing with the very pleasant Ruxandra Oprescu who explained our Plan section by section, and smiled as she patiently answered our questions. After we got home, the observant Brenda called to offer her help because she happened to notice a way she could save us time and legwork. I needed help taking care of a good friend of mine who asked me to help her stay in her home with her pets as long as possible, that was what is important to her. I contacted Estate Planning Services and they were extremely understanding and listened to my situation. They were very patient and even answered all of my written questions! That is rare these days to find a firm who genuinely cares about your unique needs instead of just making you feel like you are consuming their time and giving you the same babble that is so generic it doesn't help you.
