I just want to say that Elder Law and their team of professionals are absolutely amazing. They provided me with excellent service throughout the whole process of planning my estate. I am looking forward to working with them for years to come.

Navigating estate planning and Medicaid applications for an aging parent is one of the most emotionally and logistically complex things a family can go through and doing it while also managing caregiving, a career, and everything else life demands makes it harder. Estate Planning & Elder Law Services didn't just handle the legal work, they handled our family with genuine care and compassion during one of the most difficult chapters we've faced. From the beginning, the team was flexible and accommodating in ways that went beyond what we expected. As my mom's living situation changed through hospitalizations and care facility transitions, they adjusted meeting locations without hesitation to make things easier for us. The advice we received was sound, practical, and forward-thinking. The Medicaid planning strategy they put in place gave our family real peace of mind at a time when uncertainty felt overwhelming. They also stepped in to help navigate some genuinely difficult interactions with representatives at my mom's long-term care facility, interactions that were, to put it kindly, less than pleasant. They handled these situations with the professionalism and composure that I am not sure I could have matched on my own. Ruxandra Oprescu deserves special recognition. She has a gift for taking complicated concepts and making them understandable to someone who is exhausted, grieving, and trying to do right by their parent. Her patience never wavered, her demeanor was always warm and kind, and she made me feel like our family mattered, not just as clients, but as people. During what was a heavy and emotional time, that made a genuine difference. If you are facing elder law, Medicaid planning, or estate planning needs, I cannot recommend this office highly enough. They are not just good at what they do, they are good people. And when you are going through something this hard, that matters more than anything.
