The front desk has horrible customer service

The worst place to take your case. I've been dealing with them for over 10 months and they haven't resolved anything. I call them and they never answer, and when they do, it's just to make excuses. The worst law firm in Miami.

I've had a case since February 2024, and I still haven't received a resolution. It's been over a month since they closed the case. I even had to go to the office in person because they never answer the phone. They told me the insurance company had already paid and they had the check. Thirty days have passed since then, and they still don't answer the phone. I went back, and the receptionists said I should wait for them to call me, but it's been far too long. My case is being handled by Guillermo, and I've left a message on his voicemail, but I haven't received a response either.

Avoid this place. They are not professionals.

I have had a bad experience with this office. I called several times to find out the status of my case, but they never answered my call. The lawyer didn't answer me. I feel like I'm being poorly served. My case was closed over a month ago, and I still haven't received my compensation.

Monica was so helpful one of the main people who always answers the phone and assisted my mom through a rough patch! She really deserved a 5 star!
