Whoever answered the phone for me just now was very rude and hung up on me mid sentence. I do not think this reflects on the whole firm but I hope someone in charge sees this review. 10:30 am on Tuesday

Stewart Forbes was appointed temporary DEPENDENT administrator to the estate of my mother’s late husband. It is my understanding that he MUST have a judges approval on any decisions made. He has been extremely unbiased while handling this estate. Any time my mother had questions and she would reach out to Stewart she was immediately referred to her attorney Susan Forbes. Stewart went out of his way for the animals on my stepfathers estate when there was no alfalfa available and sent someone to feed the animals with his OWN alfalfa. He is fair and does everything by the book. He definitely went out of his way to help the animals in need of food and has shown extreme professionalism in everything he has handled thus far.

My late wife paid a retainer fee of $2000 she then passed and I was brushed off with some lame response about not being able to do anything for me. Basically took my money and told me to kick rocks. Worst probate attorney in the county. Just wants your money and to do nothing. Wish I could leave a negative star review.

Wonderful group of people within this business. We dealt directly with Mr. Forbes; there are not enough good works in the dictionary to describe this wonderful man. BTW our legal situation was taken care of right away with a great deal of professionalism. Mother and I had some legal work that Mr. Forbes took care of in a courteous and professional manner. I can describe Mr. Forbes as an extremely capable, humble, charismatic, and nice human being.

I hired Stuart Forbes to handle a case for me, he did an excellent job during my deposition, and mediation. He took good care of me, explained everything step-by-step guided me in the direction I needed to go also help me with the decision I needed to make. Now that I received a response, I would like to emphasize that while they "referred" me to another attorney, the referral was directed to an office that does not handle matters related to my concerns. Unlike to this law firm, the recommended office demonstrated transparency and expertise in outlining the services they offer. My primary grievance pertains to the lack of professionalism and knowledge from a law firm of this “reputed” stature. As previously mentioned, I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this law firm. —-Seeking legal assistance in El Paso has been an incredibly challenging experience. Despite a scheduled appointment with Forbes and Forbes Attorneys at Law for over three weeks, the firm canceled just two hours before, revealing they don't handle solar panel cases, information they were aware of from the beginning. I’m so distraught at the level of treatment and care that this law office has given me. If anyone is looking for any reputable law firm I highly recommend that you stay far away from from this firm.

My son recently passed and my ex-husband first agreed on funeral arrangements but then blindsided me and changed his mind the day of the funeral. I spent the next month fighting on my own and trying to find an attorney. I finally found Forbes and Forbes who said they would assist me. I spent 1,500.00 for them to not provide any assistance and act like it was an inconvenience to respond to me. My ex-husband conceded without the law office assistance and so I spent all that money for them to demand that I do everything on my own and provide them with the paperwork. I felt like it was a waste of money nor did they assist me in a timely manner in the most difficult time of my life. I would not recommend them as a law firm.
