I had a number of very large doctor bills, my car was totaled and I didn’t know what was to come in the future. However, I was so happy with the treatment that I received from Frank Azar and Associates especially from Bridget Eckhart.
She helped me through this whole process, she's a very good and positive person. She explained everything to me how everything was going to go, just a very kind, gentle, empathetic woman.
Im going to miss her dearly, she's got such a great sense of humor about her in a very humane way of understanding what I was going through. All the pain and all the suffering that I endured during this time.

I guess workman's comp isn't really a primary choice for this big law firm. At first everything seemed great. And then the lawsuit money originally discussed kept getting lower and the evidence and proof of the injury didn't seem a high priority as it dragged out over weeks and months with no contact from the law firm. I started driving to the office to speak first hand to the attorneys and of course since "I didn't call to schedule a appointment" they couldn't help me without that team in charge of claim. Overall the commercials are B.S. unless it's some type of car accident

Morgan was amazing, leaving me to just worry about taking care of my injuries, while he worked very hard to get me a settlement. There was very little stress on my part, as he worked so hard to get me everything I needed to take care of my medical expenses and it was hassle free. 6 years ago Date: 2019-03-28 I would rate 0 if I could. My "attorney" never spoke to me. I had to call him and he would never answer. He was good about it the first few weeks. I only spoke to him 3 times during the 1 year process my case took. I was calling him 3 times a day for 6 months and he finally called back to say my case was finished after a year. My case finished in August and the debt collector called and said I was still in collections after 6 months because they did not send the money to the right place. I have since called my attorney 6 times a day for the past week and he has not answered! Do not go here.

I am highly disappointed with my experience with this law firm. After my initial consultation I received zero communication......unless I was the one who picked up the phone and called my attorney I wouldn't hear a peep from them.....in the middle of my case one of my attorneys bailed to go work for another law firm while the other attorney simply withdrew from my case.....i was passed around to different lawyers because evidently nobody wanted to handle my case because it wasn't "big money." This firm never fought to help me and in fact in order to get anything done I had to go over their heads and deal with the insurance company myself. And then I was lied to that they were making calls on my behalf and were working for me. Don't fall for the hype! Their commercials don't reflect who they really are. My entire experience was a joke.

7 years ago Date: 2018-08-12 My case had been ongoing since December 24, 2017, when a drunk driver hit me head on. She had no driver's license, and no insurance. I had to rely my uninsured drivers part of my auto insurance. It has taken a long time to get this far and is still in the process. The attorney and her assistants have been very helpful to me. I would like to have all of this behind me, but we are looking at more time to finalize the case.

I had to get another lawyer and ended up in a mess because they didn't take pictures when they were supposed to and then didn't take the pictures in the correct place. I had nothing but inexperienced lawyers and then never received return calls, only to find out my lawyer was no longer there. They cost me dearly in my case.
