The communication with this firm was egregious at best. For months whenever my mother or I had called to get an update on her case, we were promised an ‘update by the end of the week’ that never came in an ongoing pattern for months. Customer service, communication, and final outcomes of dealing with this firm were all subpar based on our experience. Would not recommend.
