My experience with Gerson& Schwartz has been both challenging and rewarding. The pace of work on the front end was loaded with paperwork gathering and it consumed a lot of time and energy. However, the relationships that were founded truly brought the team together. Every employee involved in this case whether they were Para Legals, Assistant Attorneys, or Lead Attorney over the case was cordial and professional. The communication with this firm was egregious at best. For months whenever my mother or I had called to get an update on her case, we were promised an ‘update by the end of the week’ that never came in an ongoing pattern for months. Customer service, communication, and final outcomes of dealing with this firm were all subpar based on our experience. Would not recommend.
