A very good experience! Detailed explanation of the process so that you can easily understand, and make the best decision for your situation. The whole process was painless and went very smoothly. Very accommodating and courteous with last minute cancellations or changes to documents. Highly recommend.

Went for a consultation, I thought it was strange the first consultation had to be in person, went anyways. The reason for the in person requirement became clear when I was placed into a high pressure sales meeting with their sales guy, not an attorney. I just needed a simple will done and was being pressured into a living trust. When I finally saw the pricing, I knew I would not continue, and was told “Any other law firm who does it cheaper is cutting corners”. When I disagreed and said that is not always the case, the sales guy Jim said “yes, because he’s been doing this for 10-15 years (I can’t remember the exact year amount)”. Again this was not an attorney I met at the consultation. Not a good look for a law firm. All other law consults I’ve ever attended were with an attorney not a sales person. To be clear I don’t remember this guys official title, only that effectively it was a sales meeting trying to get me to buy their living trust package. Incredibly disrespectful of my time when they could have emailed me the pricing sheet printout ahead of time and saved me the trip. I would imagine that high pressure sales tactic works well, and I feel bad for prospective clients having to endure it.
