Spencer is very knowledgeable of the law, the judges ruling patterns, and HE CARES about the kids. He’s an aggressive attorney that will fight hard for what is right and he will not be afraid to call his clients out if they are being unreasonable. Spencer took on my case when nobody else would because it was a mess. When watching his first court hearing, I knew within 30 seconds we were going to win. He went in strong, had studied my case thoroughly going back 7 years. He remembered pertinent details and he represented my son in that court room that day. He did an incredible job.
Joanne, his right hand is just as incredible. She remembers details, she’s prompt to respond and overall just above and beyond professional.

Joanne and Spencer and wonderful. I honestly don't know where my husband and I would be without all their hard work. They are worth every penny. No bs and they get their jobs done in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend Spencer to anyone looking for a good attorney.

Slime of a lawyer that can't hear a thing and does the opposite of what he's told to. Over-priced for what he does. Never hire him. The world would be a better place if his name appeared in the obituary. He will find a way to undercut any order and do the worst thing possible to kids. He has no heart and is only in it for the money. If you have done any business with him, join me in filing a grievance to get him disbarred. He is an unethical lawyer and shouldn't be allowed to harm any more families.

Mr. Newkirk was the opposing party. He was NOT my client. he was arrested for threats to kill against myself, the Judge and others. I took appropriate action to protect his spouse and children from his unstable mental condition.
