One of the first things I noticed about Harris was their professionalism. Their staff and website are incredible. Reagan was very helpful developing a plan for my appeal.

Harris Federal has helped me with my Disability Claim and without knowing a former co-worker of mine as well. I initially worked with Faith and then Caroline and they were both AMAZING!!! I will give this law firm 10/10 if I could!

I hired Harris Federal Lawfirm in good faith to represent me with in my disability retirement case. I paid 5000 dollars for Harris to represent me. My retirement award was set and I retired in June of 2023. I did not receive my first check until January of 2024. When I did it was thousands of dollars less than what was agreed to. I called Harris and they said they only represent clients until their retirement case is settled. I cannot afford an OPM attorney as they cost 7 to 10 thousand dollars.Harris should fix this problem as they were paid to represent me all the way through the process. They refuse to do this even though they were paid 5000 dollars in good faith to represent me. Do not hire this firm as OPM knows they will not follow through on any problems with your retirement award. Find a firm that stands behind you through the entire process. You have been warned.

Your initial appointment sounds really good. My lawyer didnt show up to the hearing. Filed one form, his paralegal did almost everything. His boss fot on the phone and said you know everything already good. And then I had to file everything on my own and they wrote up zero, had to retain another lawyer just to keep the process going, and each firm I spoke to talked that I had a clear case to win, but they couldn't. Stay away. If you dig deep you will see they cycle through attorneies. I was through 3 in 5 months. Also when you pay the flat rate, and get nothing, and they tell you what they will do for you surprise, that is to have you on the hook to start bleeding you once formal filings have occurred. They will get you for more that 20k eventually.
