Throughout this process, I experienced inconsistent communication, shifting explanations regarding my claim, and failures to properly submit or document aspects of my damages. I also experienced behavior during communications that I considered highly inappropriate and unprofessional, which further damaged my trust in your office. I am requesting a complete accounting of my case, including all settlements, payments, submissions, and deductions, along with copies of all documents related to my claim. Going forward, I would prefer communication in writing.
