Zero stars if i could, they are kind but wasted my time, no counsel and possibly ruined my case by lack of communication

I tried 3X to put in negative review. Associated contacted me, said she said she would investigate. Over 3 weeks finally got a rejection. I know cases on contingency take time & money.. Lawyers run a business. While my case is clear gross negligence & Malpractice with the testimony of a world class eye surgeon now treating me, this kind if malpractice is complicated. I think an insurance company would settle. Also as a Senior, they can't get lost wages, or very little. They have a right to choose their cases. But U think they are a legal mill, looking for quick payouts.
