Friendly very helpful and knowledgeable
Christina Hernandez is top tier.. just Google her for yourself
Ms. Hernandez fought for me against a corrupt system and got my charges dismissed. This was my first negative interaction with law enforcement and very scary. She and her team provided the emotional support I needed throughout the process. From reading the few negative reviews, I suggest you check your emotions before you talk to her office. They are top notch so very busy and if you "rattle on" they won't have time to deal with you. She does what she says she will do and I highly recommend her services!! I've interacted with too many staff to mention and don't won't to leave anyone out, so thank you to EVERYONE at Hernandez and Associates for taking the time to listen and help me! You are a Godsend 🙏

I highly recommend Hernandez and Associates! Mrs Hernandez and Mrs. Tisdale are amazing attorneys along with their legal team Madison and DeAsia. The entire firm was very open, knowledgeable,and honest, about my entire process, and also works with you to get the job done. I’m very grateful and appreciative for the help and legal services that I received from Hernandez and Associates.The firm is very top tier and definitely amongst the top in law firms in the Mobile/Baldwin County area, along with great customer service and professionalism.

She exudes confidence and thoughtful intelligence, the best kind of qualities a lawyer could have. She also likes to get things done, and she does get things done . . . right away. More than willing to take a $400 consultation fee, acknowledge the legal merits of your case, then notify you they are not interested in representing you. Don't waste your time and money.

Gene Ponder, did have a consult with the Firm, no contract for representation was presented because he had issues with an aspect of his case that he has chosen not to discuss here. His case was not a case that would be handled on a contingency basis based on that problematic aspect of his case. His low rating offers some misinformation related to the acknowledgement of the legal merits of the case. Mr. Ponder's interpretation of the letter he received fails to notice the public that representation would cost him more than he might receive. Fighting on Principle can cost far more than a case is worth in recovery. Rather than take his money and file a lawsuit that will cost him a lot of money that he may not have and that he would likely not recover from the law suit. The information he received was not what he wanted to hear and he did not like the fact that the Firm was not going to front the costs for him to make a point where damages and the likelihood of success were very low. He is welcome to find another law firm, consult with another attorney. Unfortunately many people are not aware of all the requirements that have to be met by the person bringing a lawsuit. If they can not satisfy all those requirements, they will be shut down by the attorneys for the other side and the courts. Mr. Ponder's case took all the factors into consideration. We don't consider evaluation of a case, and educating the individual about the value of their prospective case, along with any problems, that will ultimately save the individual money and aggravation. This part of evaluating a case is not a waste of time and money. <br>Perhaps Mr. Ponder would like to talk to another Firm and determine if the next firm would provide him the same information or give him alternate information. Anyone can ask for a second opinion. The Firm stands by the determination of this case.
