Update: Yes I was represented by this lawyer, and it was not successful I ended up hiring another lawyer. Wasting more money for an obviously easy problem since he fixed it very quickly and efficiently & for 1/3 the price. Her responses to reviews are immature and unprofessional. I think posting a late review is better than no review at all, I recommend hiring any other attorney.

I am not sure who this person is, but our phone systems have not been down. Perhaps Cheryl could simply call back Monday. As Cheryl indicated she could not hear the person answering our phone, it appears that the connection was an issue on Cheryl's end. I do charge a consultation fee dependent upon the nature and type of consultation needed and amount of time expected to take for the consultation. Therefore, if you could not hear the person that was trying to set up your consultation, due to a connection issue, and you were unable to set up an appointment, I do not understand how that warrants a one star review on our end. You could email the firm or contact through the web and we are able to return contact and schedule in that manner. Or you can simply call back this week and perhaps the connection on your end will be better this time.<br><br>Generally, if the connection is bad, the person calling in will call back since we have no control over where the person calling is located---our phones remain in the same location and connect to the same system at the office<br><br>I would invite Cheryl to call back. I know if I wanted to speak to an attorney, I would call back if the connection was bad. I will also say, we have different people that answer the phones at different times of the day. I am not sure when Cheryl was calling the office.

The only Meagan Goodwin that I have represented has Meagan as her middle name and she went by another first name. If this is the same person, that representation was in 2018 in Orange Beach Alabama. If this is the same person, then I am unsure why there is a one star since that case was successful. Further, why wait 7 years to leave a rating. Otherwise, I have not represented this person. Since there is nothing but a star rating; and I have not represented this person , there is no basis for that rating. Perhaps she did not like the outcome of a case. If that is the case, then she should take that up with the person that made that ruling. Some people hide behind a picture rather than let their information be known. Stood my brother in law up on a consultation. Cashed the $250 consultation check and was a no show for the phone consultation she set up. Been trying to get the $250 consultation fee refunded for a month now. No luck yet.

Mr Dixon did have a consult, we did not take the case. His brother who paid for the consultation asked for a refund and it was refunded even though the consult was completed. Karen Dixon posted misinformation.
