After submitting my inquiry, it took about two weeks to receive a response from an unknown email. When I did hear back, the response was an automated rejection email with no personalization, no follow-up questions, and no attempt to better understand the details of my situation. My case involved serious concerns, including retaliation, harassment, discrimination, and much more. I understand that firms must be selective, but I expected at least some level of engagement—whether that be a brief conversation or a few clarifying questions—before a decision was made. I would also recommend that others look beyond the overall ratings and pay attention to the types of cases being discussed in reviews to better determine if the firm aligns with their situation. I’m not saying the firm isn’t good, but my experience felt impersonal and transactional during a time when communication and responsiveness matter.
