I had an outstanding experience w/ William Hooy & his firm. If you're like me, most of us only seek legal advice when something goes wrong or you're being proactive about protecting something. They did a FANTASTIC job and ultimately persuaded our management company to waive the erroneous fees they were planning to charge us. Had them do my trust. It was a good experience. They were affordable and thought of every scenario to avoid confusion and rework down the road.
