After reviewing our files, we do not show any client beginning in January with a fact scenario as you described. Perhaps you have commented on the wrong firm’s website.<br><br>Additionally, as described, your review suggests displeasure regarding a case beginning in January and not having a resolution in April. Given the deadlines and amount of time parties have to respond, this is not surprising. Further, your post suggests that the parties are waiting on a ruling from the court. Neither parties nor counsel control the court’s timeline for issuing a ruling. <br><br>We hope this comment is helpful but would kindly ask you remove the poor review as it has nothing to do with services provided by this firm. <br>
